Tomato / Kiwi Peeler Removes Thin, Hard to Peel Skin

New Castle, DE — 2008– RÖSLE’s new Tomato/Kiwi Peeler removes hard, thin skin from fruits and vegetables, like tomatoes, kiwis and mangos, cleanly and quickly. These vegetables typically require a cook to gouge into the fruit which sometimes results in a cook peeling away some of the fruit along with the skin. The 7.9-inch long Rösle Tomato/Kiwi Peeler features an extra sharp double blade that is both thin and serrated so it slides under the skin and easily peels the skin from the fruit. The peeler also features a sharpened corer to remove blemishes prior to peeling.

Made of stainless steel, this durable, strong tool is dishwasher safe and includes a guard to protect the blade during storage. Although a specialized tool, this peeler also does the work of regular kitchen peelers and can peel fruits and vegetables such as carrots, asparagus, apples, pears and potatoes.
