Mexican Stuffed Shells with Duralex OvenChef!

This is a FANTASTIC (and easy) weeknight dinner that the whole family will love, Mexican Stuffed Shells!! A delicious take on classic firehouse favorites- Mexican and Italian.

Make taco meat as you normally would, with seasoning, etc.
•Add 4oz. cream cheese, and a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes & chiles for every pound of meat.
•Stuff par-boiled shells with mixture, place in glass baking dish with salsa on the bottom, so the shells don’t burn in the dish (I love my #Duralex Ovenchef Baking dishes, they’re tempered and impossible to damage!)
•Top with salsa, taco sauce, and shredded cheese. We used salsa verde, sauce, and a Mexican&Pepper Jack combo.
•Bake at 325F for 20 minutes or until everything is brought up to temp. and cheese is melted.
