RÖSLE Blends Stainless Steel and Silicone to Create Collapsible Colanders

RÖSLE blends stainless steel and silicone to create collapsible colanders that are space saving, easy to clean and sturdy to carry.
These two new Collapsible Colanders from RÖSLE combine the strength of stability of stainless steel with the nonstick collapsible properties of silicone. The 8inch diameter and the 10inch diameter colanders are manufactured with metal frames that include handles and bases that allow cooks to safely carry the colanders from counter to sink or sink to pot.
The partial use of silicone offers the useful properties of silicone without the limitations. A colander made of just silicone, for instance, is flimsy and wobbly. The combination of materials has instead created sturdy yet flexible colanders. The naturally nonstick silicone sides clean up with just soap and water and the sides compress to a compact, flat circle that fits snugly into a drawer or cabinet saving storage space.

Brilliant. I can’t wait to try it. Leave it to Rosle to blend good design and functionality.
