Awesome Couscous with friends!

Every year we travel to Seattle for our annual meeting which I love as the weather is fabulous and the city is awesome with views of the mountains. Last night, we celebrated by cooking a special meal together. We are all foodies and enjoy cooking. We grilled kabobs, toasted with great wine and made some new recipes. The recipe which I made was Barefoot Contessa’s couscous
(one of my favorite cookbook authors). I used our Emile Henry Stewpot in figue . It worked beautifully and cleaned up easy.
