Melinda Winner, author of the new cookbook, Cooking with Arthritis, says she adores the Cuisipro Jar Opener, the Rosle Silicone Tongs and the Emile Henry Flame-top Stewpot. “The construction (of the Emile Henry stewpot) is perfect for arthritic hands. Many who suffer from arthritis have twisted fingers as I do. My fingers fit perfectly under the handles, great for stability. The light weight design makes for easy handling,” said Melinda. “I opened everything (with the Cuisipro Jar Opener) in the house from drink bottles to big jars, it worked perfectly.
The Rosle tongs same thing, I tried everything, I especially love the silicone tips great for grasping items as well as easy clean up.
Melinda is on a cooking tour with these three items on her new cook book. A complete illustrated guide to Cooking with Arthritis is available on line now. It will be available in stores nationwide, September 2, 2009! Published by Tat Publishing. Visit http://www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore/.
