A Top Feeding Slicing Guide

New Castle, DE — 2008– Rösle presents a Slicer Guide that makes slicing and grating foods safe and efficient. This guide is 4.5-inches long and almost 4-inches wide. It clips onto the top of the grating or slicing surface and is fed the vegetables from above. The guide allows cooks to press vegetables safely and effortlessly through the blades. Hands are protected and foods can be sliced or grated down to the very last little bit. Foods are filled from the top so a cook can slide or grate many vegetables, one right after the other, without stopping or adjusting the guide.

Made from a commercial grade POM synthetic material, the new Slicer Guide features a plunger that helps push vegetables through the grater or slicing blades. The Slicer Guide fits all Rösle graters and slicers. It is dishwasher safe and retails for $16.00 .
